Position Overview
To strengthen our current and future game developments, we are looking for a Technical Artist Intern with coding skills to help our teams integrate art assets.
You should have the technical skills to implement the tools and solutions our projects need, while also being able to communicate effectively with different project teams, artists, and programmers.
You will primarily work with the Monster Legends and Dragon City teams, helping improve art integration pipelines and reviewing asset integration. In addition, you will provide cross-team support to the Art Central team, assisting with various tasks.
What you’ll do
- Mediate between different departments to ensure smooth and efficient asset integration.
- Achieve and maintain efficient art pipelines that are consistent across our projects, addressing the needs of the games in development.
- Participate in development of tools and solutions for our artists.
- Teaching and documenting pipelines and best practices.
What we’re looking for
- Expertise working with Unity engine and C# scripting.
- Understanding of game assets pipelines.
- Optimization techniques for mobile.
- A resourceful problem-solver.
- Communication skills.
- Creativity, curiosity and passion!
Bonus skills:
- Shader knowledge of CG, HLSL or Shader Graph.
- VFX knowledge.
- Spine2D knowledge is highly valued.
- Adobe Animate or similar.
- Previous experience and knowledge in 2D/3D mobile games development.
