As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment efforts in Belfast. Your primary focus will be to identify, attract, and onboard top talent, particularly for technical roles, to support our rapid growth. You will leverage your knowledge of the local community and recruitment landscape to build a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring we find the right fit for our team and culture.

We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can work closely with our Site Lead to quickly and effectively grow our team.
 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Site Lead to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

· Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and local networks, to identify and attract high-quality candidates for technical roles.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and expectations.

· Promote Biller Genie’s employer brand in the Belfast market, showcasing our culture and the benefits of joining our team.

· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices in the Belfast area.

· Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and offering timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.

· Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD) are a plus.

· 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for technical roles.

· Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong knowledge of the Belfast job market and local community, with established networks to leverage for recruitment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

· Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the hiring process.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
