Supply Chain Coordinator  – Newcastle West, Dublin or Belfast 

(This role works 5 days over 7 and will involve weekend work)

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Responsible for managing stock levels and sourcing across our national depot network to ensure consistent product availability for all customer channels 

  • Oversees demand and supply planning, supplier coordination, and inbound flows to maintain optimal inventory, minimise shortages, and protect service levels 

  • Lead role in all code changes ensuring all Supply Chain responsibilities are completed accurately and on a timely basis.  This role is integral in ensuring no impact or disruption to customers when changing codes. 

  • Responsible for using internal systems to track sales revenue, volume, margin along with customer churn and leakage identifying trends and summarizing findings. 

  • Maintenance of business trackers and run books to ensure each task is closed in a timely manner. 

  • Lead role communicating internally and externally to vendors.  Will be required to contact vendors on a regular basis, ensuring they remain informed on any communication while maintaining vendor responses and queries.   

  • Coordinate and issue Supply Chain business communications as and when required. 

  • Management of general supply chain queries & ad hoc administrative duties. 

Requirements: 

  • Strong organisational skills  

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines. 

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are required with good attention to detail. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Flexibility to support over project weekend cut over activities  

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel to intermediate-advanced level. 

  • Experience of AX advantageous. 

  • Flexible, innovative and creative in their attitudes to all issues and areas of the business. 

  • The ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively and efficiently. 

  • Flexibility to work weekends
