WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As part of the Women’s Digital Marketing Team in EMEA, you will work within a passionate team of other EMEA Digital Marketing Directors, Lead Professionals, and Specialists who aim to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and inspiration to reimagine sport and serve consumers personally. You will also work closely with key cross-functional partners including but not limited to Consumer x Field of Play Marketing teams, Nike Digital, Merchandising, DSM, City Marketing, Insights and Analytics, and external agencies. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is for an experienced marketer with a digital, media or retail background, passionate about sport, style, and streetwear culture. The ideal candidate has experience in championing effective collaboration, positively engaging cross-functionally with energy and empathy. Their curiosity and drive establish strong partnerships within and beyond their team. They combine creativity and data acumen, pushing thinking into new innovative spaces while striving for executional excellence. Proven project management and organisational skills allows them to manage multiple partners and drive work forward, maintaining an agile mindset to simplify when possible.

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Relevant experience in Marketing, ideally in digital, media, brand or retail marketing.

  • Experience in building and bringing marketing and/or digital consumer journeys to life.

  • Experience working in a complex organizational matrix with multiple stakeholders, navigating through ambiguity to clarity.

  • Proven project management and organizational skills, with a track record of leading projects in autonomy, and a demonstrated ability to balance between creative and operational tasks.

  • Experience and interest in working with data. They are comfortable both manipulating data and drawing insights to define strategies & opportunities in their day to day.

  • Passion for sports in any or all its various forms, along with knowledge on the culture surrounding it.

  • Familiarity working with tools such as Keynote, Airtable, Figma and Adobe Analytics. 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with the Women’s Digital Marketing team, performing a critical role in our seasonal offense. You will use your curiosity and creativity to program and execute exceptional digital plans and bring big ideas to life. You will be obsessing the details of the end-to-end digital journey, across Nike.com, Nike App and Email, leveraging consumer and channel insights to create the best expression of the Nike brand on our digital ecosystem. In a typical week:

  • You will work both independently and in cross-functional, collaborative settings. 

  • You will support the CxFoP Digital Marketing Leads in the definition of each campaign’s digital marketing strategy and approach.

  • You will own the campaign’s run of show. This means you will independently manage the related deliverables, owning the process from the creative briefing through to the go live moment of each piece of content, interacting with multiple stakeholders throughout the process (designers, copywriters, content operations, digital experience, media, etc.)

  • You will attend meetings with key stakeholders from different marketing and business functions, where you’ll represent the voice of the consumer in the development and execution of our digital marketing plans. 

  • You will drive the analysis and reporting of your campaigns’ performance, seeking for opportunities to continuously innovate and unlock new opportunities.  

This position will close on the 5th of August 2025. This role is not open for relocation.
