Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (SA) to join our Digital Business Unit (DBU) team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key pursuits through technical solution design, architecture, and modeling. You will leverage modern data architectures to deliver Information, Content, and Data Management solutions essential to our continued digital growth.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead scoping and solution design across the Iron Mountain Digital portfolio, providing technical recommendations, architectural diagrams, and SOW creation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to present solution overviews, perform demonstrations, and lead Pilot/Proof of Concept (POC) development and tracking.
Ensure technical and financial accuracy by identifying customer challenges, sharing market intelligence, and maintaining proficiency in ROI modeling.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in technical solution design, architecture, and modeling, with a background in consultative pre-sales processes.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Software for structured/unstructured data, Cloud SaaS platforms, and Content Services/Workflow management.
Proven ability in data recognition technologies, including Machine Learning, AI, and ECM solutions (OCR, ICR).
Relevant certifications from major hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Solutions Architect).
