About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire an Senior HR Workday Analyst to support the transition and evolution of the new Workday system into BAU.

l.What you will be responsible forSupport the ongoing development and delivery of the Workday product strategy, ensuring alignment with Knight Frank’s People and Business strategies. Monitor emerging Workday capabilities and advise on how new features could enhance value delivery
Configure, maintain and enhance Workday modules across a range of modules supporting the platform’s evolution from MVP to full adoption, and actively contributing to the bi-annual release cycle through testing, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Identify, resolve, and communicate system issues and enhancements.
Serve as a strong consultative partner to business users and functional SMEs.
Partner with People, IT, and wider business teams to embed and enhance the Workday system, driving adoption and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with IT change governance.
Provide clear and consistent communication and training to key stakeholders, users, and suppliers, including Process Owners, User Groups, and the IT Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Create and maintain regular progress reports for the Product Owner.
Support BAU processes and operating models, maintaining up-to-date documentation of system configuration, processes and capabilities.
Support BAU HR activity, resolving queries and issues, ensuring Workday processes are followed, maintaining security, ensuring data quality is maintained, reporting needs are met and working with IT on troubleshooting integrations.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years hands on configuration of multiple HR Workday modules – particularly interest in HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance.
Absence, Advanced Comp, Learning and Benefits is a plus.
Experience streamlining HR processes and workflows
Understanding of Workday security and access roles
Ability to build and maintain reports, calculated fields and dashboard
Experience setting up Workday Journeys and designing surveys
Skills in requirements gathering, user stories, and journey mapping
Involvement in project planning and continuous improvement
Experience of testing support and issue tracking
Experience supporting Workday’s bi-annual release cycle
Ability to maintain data quality, perform audits, and support data cleansing initiatives
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the capability to:
Quickly and accurately update Workday configurations
Complete and validate EIBs for data uploads and corrections
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and data issues within Workday
Support stakeholders and key users with system-related needs
Create and update user guides and supporting documentation
Respond to and resolve team queries efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise and deliver enhancements
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiency
