Deal Desk Finance Manager, EMEA

To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the UK or the Netherlands. We don't offer relocation support for this role.

• Support the FP&A Deal Desk function by providing financial analysis and insights for complex deal structures
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on deal terms and financial implications
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and financial models to support business objectives
• Analyze and evaluate deal performance, providing recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and support audit processes

Minimum Qualifications

• This role requires the individual to work and support EMEA timezones
• 6+ years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on enterprise deal desk or financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Salesforce and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Global experience and specifically experience working within the EMEA region
• Experience in a large enterprise technology or SaaS companies
• Familiarity with Atlassian products and financial systems
• Advanced degree or certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)
• Proven track record of leading financial initiatives and driving process improvements
