Partnering with recruiters and recruitment project teams, the Global Talent Sourcing and Research team develops and executes robust multi-channel sourcing and research strategies to identify, attract and engage diverse, high potential talent to meet the strategic objectives of the firm.
As a Senior Talent Sourcing and Research Partner within Talent Sourcing and Research Team, you will identify, engage and nurture talent on behalf of your supported business groups. Through partnership with Recruiters and recruiting project teams in Warsaw and across the EMEA region, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of the financial services market in EMEA and the talent and competitor landscape contained within.
Job responsibilities• Develop and implement creative sourcing techniques to attract candidates including but not limited to: leveraging Internet research, advertisements, job boards, cold calling, and networking to maintain a continuous flow of qualified, diverse candidates• Attend client meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and business priorities• Leverage the Firms CRM platform to build and maintain a database of top talent within your area(s) of coverage• Proactively engage passive talent to market active career opportunities• Vette and shortlist candidates on active requisitions for recruiter review• Contribute to mapping and research initiatives• Research, develop and implement leading edge, creative sourcing strategies that improve candidate relationship development and engagement• Use available data to make recommendations on sourcing strategies for your area(s) of coverage• Act as a brand ambassador leveraging a multi-channel strategy, in partnership with Brand & Communications, to promote our EVP in the target market• Continually seek out opportunities to improve and simplify
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting or talent research and sourcing is preferred, but will consider well qualified candidates with similar Executive Search, research and client relationship management experience• Full proficiency in German• Proven ability to consult with and influence stakeholders at all levels• Proven ability to provide stakeholders with market insights/ trends, draw conclusions and implement relevant sourcing strategies• Expert in online research with expert knowledge of Boolean search techniques• Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders• Ability to manage complex assignments and multiple priorities while maintaining a quality pipeline, established KPIs, and, a high level of client service• Identifies issues using critical thinking, data analytics, prior experiences and judgment to make fact based decisions and recommendations• Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong sense accountability and ownership• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
