We are looking for a Senior Mobile Flutter Engineer to join our Revenue Cycle Management Team, part of the Caregiver Experience Organization. The RCM team helps Spring get paid efficiently and accurately allowing us to continue in our mission to eliminate barriers to mental health. You will help build software that allows members to understand their care and costs while supporting our providers in delivering the highest quality care. You will drive forward initiatives that make using our platforms easy and seamless. Additionally, you will guide the growth of the engineering team as a senior member. This is a full time position that is fully remote.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Build Features: Design and expand the capabilities of our Flutter app
  • Streamlining Payment Flows: Build efficient payment pathways for our users.
  • Quality Assurance: Craft and execute comprehensive tests to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Observability and Monitoring: Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring to ensure the success and reliability of our systems. 
  • Leading Features: As an engineer on the Revenue Cycle Management engineering team, you will take ownership of projects, collaborating with Product and stakeholders to build useful MVPs quickly and reliably. 
  • Mentoring Engineers: As a senior member, you will mentor other engineers in the organization, including sharing knowledge, guiding in best practices, and fostering a collaborative and growth oriented environment.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Deliver product features on-time that support our flows 
  • Support the team velocity through collaboration and PR reviews
  • Raise the bar for engineering excellence and delivery
  • Maintain operational excellence and low error rates in our mobile code base
  • Spend up to several hours per week mentoring junior developers and mid level developers helping them achieve their career goals
  • Respond to high severity bugs with both urgency and strong communication between teams 

What we expect from you:

  • 7+ years of professional mobile development experience (iOS, Flutter, Android or React Native)
  • Understanding of good API and GraphQL design
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • Embraces writing well designed tests that accompanies all code
  • Comfortable working on an agile team and curious about learning new things, experience on larger teams
  • Comfortable moving fast and working through ambiguity - we are a fast-moving startup and are working on balancing the demands of business growth and platform reliability
  • Bonus points for with React experience
  • Bonus points for Ruby on Rails experience
  • Bonus points for experience with revenue operations or revenue systems
  • Bonus points for experience with Docker & AWS

The target base salary range for this position is $179,100, $218,550 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
