Job Description

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business needs and enhance user experience. This position will be full-time and hybrid at Mandaluyong City.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

  • Build complex scripts, workflows, forms, and business rules to meet organizational needs and enhance system functionality

  • Conduct root cause analysis for platform issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime

  • Organize and structure taxonomies, knowledge bases, record producers, and self-service portals to enhance user accessibility and experience

  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions

  • Participate in release and iteration planning meetings with the development team and other key stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines

  • Contribute to solution design and lead the development and testing phases, ensuring an exceptional user experience

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and platform guidelines

  • Support production releases and actively monitor the delivery of applications, ensuring smooth deployment and operations

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Design Specifications: High-Level Solution Design (HLSD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security and Governance: Security License to Operate (SLTO), Solution Deployment Plan

  • Monitor platform compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring all solutions adhere to organizational and legal standards

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose enhancements to improve system usability, efficiency, and automation

  • Ensure alignment of solutions with ITIL practices, organizational policies, and industry standards for security, compliance, and governance

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, enhancing user experience, and aligning solutions with business requirements

  • Skilled in building complex custom applications, including designing and implementing advanced workflows, forms, and integrations to address unique organizational needs

  • Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, ensuring efficient development cycles and continuous delivery

  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable solutions

  • Identify and propose innovative, practical solutions to complex technical challenges

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance platform performance

  • Share expertise and mentor team members to build technical capabilities across the development group

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and present ideas and updates clearly

  • A proactive mindset for learning and keeping up with platform upgrades, best practices, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities to ensure solutions remain robust, secure, and future proof

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
