Join our Access Control & Video Solutions (ACVS) team in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and be part of developing the ecosystem for the next generation of AI-driven security solutions. 

As a Senior Program Manager as part of the ACVS Program Management Office, you will have the opportunity to define and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans for multiple hardware and software projects in our ACVS product portfolio. 

How you will do it

  • Own and manage full life cycle of projects for both software and hardware products—from initiation and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch support.

  • Partner with Product Management to define project scope, objectives, and business cases aligned with product strategy.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to manage detailed plans, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Drive delivery of software projects including new product releases, platform development, and feature enhancements.

  • Oversee hardware initiatives including development of physical security products from initial design, prototyping, through mass production

  • Track project performance, deliverables, schedules, and budgets; provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Facilitate waterfall, agile, and hybrid project methodologies as appropriate to the workstream.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks impacting project outcomes.

  • Coordinate go-to-market activities in collaboration with finance, product, marketing, support, and operations teams.

  • Lead post-launch activities including retrospectives, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.

What we look for

Required qualifications and skills

  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology and product development environments.

  • Proven success managing both software and hardware product initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of product development life cycles, including business case development, product definition, development, testing, launch, and sustainment.

  • Experience working with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

  • Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  • PMP, Agile, or related certifications.

  • Experience in physical security, manufacturing, IoT, or embedded systems is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

  • Experience with PPM tools for project tracking and status reporting.

  • Experience working on software development projects, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Familiarity with compliance, certification, or manufacturing requirements for hardware products.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
