About the role

DataCamp is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will support the creation and execution of our product marketing strategy. Collaborating with our commercial and product teams, you will craft compelling messaging highlighting DataCamp's unique value proposition to professional learners and organizations. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills are essential, alongside a proven ability to lead go-to-market campaign initiatives and deliver measurable results.

This role is perfect for proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You'll need a sense of urgency, a revenue-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate with diverse team members, including sales, customer success, product management, and content development teams. Initially, you'll focus on enhancing our messaging and collateral for prospects and existing customers, making this role ideal for candidates with a deep understanding of the data landscape and a passion for developing impactful product marketing initiatives from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B marketing campaigns: Drive go-to-market rollouts in collaboration with commercial teams, focusing on curriculum, product positioning, and creative initiatives.
  • Craft compelling messaging: Develop and refine customer-centric positioning that highlights DataCamp’s differentiation.
  • Create impactful collateral: Produce sales and marketing materials to support the buyer’s journey, including pitch decks, blogs, webinars, and case studies.
  • Leverage customer insights: Collaborate with revenue and customer success teams to gather testimonials and refine messaging based on customer feedback.
  • Manage analyst relations: Build relationships with analysts and communicate product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Conduct competitive analysis: Track market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in a data/AI SaaS company
  • Proven track record in the data or AI space, with deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing go-to-market strategies, with measurable impact on revenue, adoption, or market share.
  • Exceptional English writing and presentation skills, with a portfolio showcasing compelling messaging, content, and thought leadership.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high workload. Comfortable operating independently when needed.
