You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product positioning, enablement, and messaging – shaping how our product is understood, adopted, and commercialised.
You’ll be the most senior product marketer in the business during your time with us, stepping into a highly impactful role while we build our long-term plan for enablement and product marketing.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead Product Marketing Initiatives: Define and execute the product marketing strategy, from positioning to launch to enablement.
- Own Messaging & Value Propositions: Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning across customer segments and use cases.
- Manage Product Launches: Plan and manage cross-functional product and feature launches, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery.
- Create Enablement Materials: Build and maintain sales and customer-facing assets such as battlecards, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Act as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and impact.
- Oversee Demo Environment: Maintain a reliable and organised product demo environment for both internal and external use.
- Conduct Market & Competitor Research: Gather and apply insights from market, customer, and competitor analysis to guide decisions.
- Support Treatment Area Strategies: Contribute to targeted marketing strategies and messaging tailored to different treatment areas.
- Manage LMS Product Syncing: Act as the primary contact for LMS syncing and alignment in partnership with Customer Success.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Strategic Ownership: Confidence and capability to lead the product marketing function autonomously.
- Balance of Strategy & Execution: Ability to zoom out and shape direction, while also delivering hands-on execution.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-Centric Thinking: Talent for translating technical features into compelling customer value.
- Detail Orientation: High standards in everything from messaging clarity to demo environment quality.
Requirements:
- Product Marketing Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments.
- GTM Strategy & Launch Experience: Proven success leading positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across Product, Commercial, and Marketing.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Executional Agility: Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools such as HubSpot, PowerBI, and other marketing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product Analytics Tools: Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics and in-app messaging tools is a plus.
- Commercial Collaboration: Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- LMS & Demo Management: Familiarity with LMS systems and maintaining product demo environments.
- AI & SaaS Context: Exposure to marketing AI-powered or technical enterprise products.
- Research & Insight Generation: Skilled in conducting market, customer, or competitor research to support decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Day Rate: Depending on specific experience and qualifications relevant to the role.
- Flexible Work Options: Hybrid working arrangements
- Additional Perks: Your choice of laptop (Mac or Windows), regular company events to connect with teammates, and opportunities for continued professional development.
Values in Action:These aren’t just principles we print and forget – they’re how we work, how we treat each other, and how we deliver for our customers. They shape the company we are, and the one we aspire to become.
- Customers, Always: Everything starts with our customers. We walk in their shoes, speak their language, and build for their delight and success. We win when they win.
- Make It Happen: We move fast and take ownership. No waiting, no red tape – just action, urgency, and focus on outcomes. We ask for forgiveness, not permission.
- Learn and Invent: We stay curious. We learn what we can from past masters - and make up the rest. Change is constant, and so is our growth.
- Act Like Owners: Titles don’t solve problems - people do. We own challenges, break the rules when it’s necessary, and focus on what matters.
- Turn It Up to 11: There is no “Good enough”. We raise the bar, push boundaries, and keep building. There’s always a next level.
- Lead With Respect: We listen first, speak honestly, and value every perspective. Integrity, follow-through, and kindness matter.
- Build Trust Through Transparency: We default to openness. We give feedback, share information, and assume positive intent - no secrets, no silos.
