We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. As a member of our R&D team, your mission will be to work with  Product leadership on the definition of the product strategy, deliver our roadmap flawlessly, gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product design team on implementing where required User Experience Research initiatives and designing end user journeys/mockups.
  • Evaluate the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and derive measures from the results for the future success of the product.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and monitor sprints.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop product positioning, benefit and sales arguments for target segments, while also contributing to competitive analysis, market trends, and industry innovations to provide valuable insights for differentiation.
  • Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
  • Collaborate on the creations of supporting and training documents for internal and external users.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor key product metrics, track user behavior, and gather insights to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Senior Product Manager, you should have:

  • Proven work experience as a Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of working with SaaS solutions.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira, Trello or Asana.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Experience working with Agile teams.
