Senior Product Designer – Innovation & Design

The Role
Capco is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of user-centric digital products that drive meaningful change in financial services. You’ll work across complex transformation programmes to create smooth, intuitive experiences from concept to delivery, balancing strategy, design, and execution.
What You’ll Do
Facilitate workshops and lead discovery activities to shape design strategies
Translate user needs into concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
Oversee design delivery, managing roadmaps, timelines, and junior designers
Build scalable, reusable design systems and support implementation through QA
Advocate for design quality and accessibility across multi-disciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products across UX and UI
Strong storytelling, research and communication skills
Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, and prototyping platforms
Experience working in agile teams within consulting or financial services
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Points For
A background in behavioural psychology or human-centred research
Experience creating enterprise design systems and visual standards
Ability to sketch, illustrate, and present storyboards
Familiarity with A/B testing and usability evaluation methods
Knowledge of banking, insurance, or capital markets design contexts
