The Role
Capco is looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, purposeful and human-centred digital experiences for our financial services clients. This is a dynamic, client-facing consulting role where you will work across the product lifecycle to deliver solutions that empower users and drive real-world change.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences from discovery to delivery
Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability testing
Create journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes and polished UI designs
Communicate design rationale clearly to developers and stakeholders, aligning to brand and design systems
Translate insights into engaging concepts and flows that solve business and user challenges
What We’re Looking For
Strong capabilities across the full design lifecycle, from research to final delivery
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and Mural
Experience with UX methods such as design thinking, user testing, and prototyping
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver in fast-paced, agile environments
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points For
Knowledge of financial services (e.g., banking, wealth, insurance, capital markets)
Experience creating and managing design systems for enterprise products
Academic background in design, HCI, psychology or related fields
Familiarity with A/B testing, competitive analysis, or storyboarding
Experience with emerging tools like UXPilot or Lovable
