As a Senior Product Associate in the Zelle platform and customer engagement team , you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals.
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value.
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Streamline our workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions.
- Engages in agile-related activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and adaptability in the product development process.
- Facilitates story writing and backlog grooming sessions to ensure clear and actionable user stories that drive product development.
- Leverages technology-related skills to support platform modernization efforts, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and capable of meeting future demands.
- Supports platform product management by contributing to the strategic planning and execution of platform enhancements and innovations.
- Engages in customer engagement activities, such as improving notification systems and monitoring customer interactions, to enhance and optimize the overall customer experience.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience participating in agile ceremonies.
- Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of modern technology trends and tools that facilitate platform modernization.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Strong technical background with experience in platform modernization.
- Accomplished track record in utilizing JIRA, Confluence, and accompanying tools for agile project management.
- Demonstrated ability to write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in customer engagement strategies, including notification systems and customer experience monitoring.
