Senior Partner ManagerWhat does a successful Senior Partner Manager - Sales and Commercialization Specialist do?
As the Senior Partner Manager - Sales and Commercialization Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and commercialization strategies across UK partners. Building on Fiserv's existing product suite, your role will involve maximizing the value of partnerships, creating unique propositions for UK clients, and establishing strategic collaborations to enhance market reach and revenue growth within the UK market.
What you will do:
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with fintechs, payment platforms, referral networks, and merchant service providers.
- Establish co-branded or white-labeled product offerings that extend Fiserv’s reach into new verticals or customer segments.
- Drive sales to the channel, based on agreed targets and measures.
- Collaborate with other members of the Commercial team to develop a targeted partnership approach focused on suppliers already engaged by merchant clients.
- Develop joint business plans and integration frameworks with partners, ensuring mutual value and strong operational delivery.
- Conduct a strategic review of Fiserv’s existing product and service portfolio to identify commercial opportunities and optimization areas.
- Map and evaluate third-party partnerships currently integrated with or adjacent to Fiserv products.
- Create a prioritized product roadmap with clear commercial KPIs, user feedback loops, and market-aligned enhancements.
What you will need to have:
- Experience in partner management or sales within the financial technology sector.
- Knowledge in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
- Skillset in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in conducting competitive analysis and market research.
- Understanding in product management and commercialization strategies.
What would be great to have:
- Experience with UK financial services or fintech markets.
- Insight in managing complex partner relationships.
- Knowledge in developing co-branded or white-labeled product offerings.
- Expertise in working with cross-functional teams including Product, Commercial, Risk, and Technology.
