  • Pipeline Accountability: Partner with sales to ensure demand programs drive qualified pipeline, with clear attribution and reporting against targets.
  • Localization & Activation: Translate global plays into regionally relevant programs, ensuring messaging, assets, and offers resonate across EMEA markets. Balance speed to market with localization quality.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Build strong relationships with global campaigns, field marketing, BDR, product marketing, and partner teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Define and implement scalable processes for campaign intake, asset production, localization, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement through testing, automation, and analytics.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Pilot new campaign approaches, tools, and tactics tailored to EMEA market dynamics, then scale best practices globally.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Anticipate upstream blockers, prioritize resources effectively, and escalate issues to maintain campaign velocity.
 About You:
  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver pipeline impact through multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partners, BDR).
  • Experience localizing global campaigns across multiple countries and languages.
  • Strong data-driven mindset; ability to use analytics tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar) to inform decisions and optimize programs.
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
 Bonus If You:
  • Have experience designing and executing joint campaigns with cloud, ISV, or agency partners.
  • Deep understanding of regional EMEA buyer behaviors and cultural nuances.
  • Experience driving operational rigor in high-growth environments.
  • Strong program management and communication skills; able to juggle multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
