What You'll Be Doing
- Own the monthly close cycle across group entities, delivering accurate consolidated Balance Sheet and P&L on time, every time.
- Prepare and review consolidated accounts and disclosures under IFRS and local GAAP, coordinating intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and consolidation adjustments across our four jurisdictions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for group and statutory audits — preparing audit files and liaising directly with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Identify and drive process improvements across the close and reporting cycle, leveraging Excel, NetSuite, consolidation tools, and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Coach and mentor accounting team members on technical accounting topics, close processes, and best practices.
- Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to ensure outputs are clear, reliable, and decision-ready.
Job responsibilities
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years PQE in a group or multi-entity finance function, with solid working knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing financial statements and disclosure notes.
- Proven experience managing or supporting multi-entity statutory and group audits.
- Familiarity with consolidation tools and multi-entity ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Exposure to international tax matters — transfer pricing, withholding tax, corporate income tax filings.
- IT-minded: advanced Excel, comfortable in ERP and consolidation software, and curious about AI-enabled accounting workflows.
- Accounting qualification — ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Experience in a PE-backed environment.
- Background in SaaS, life sciences, or regulated technology sectors.
- French language skills.
