OVERVIEW:
About the Role
The Senior Director will define and execute the regional revenue strategy-driving excellence in promotional strategy and trade investment effectiveness, pricing discipline, forecast accuracy, and strategic revenue growth management. This leader will act as a key partner to Commercial, FP&A, and Category teams, balancing growth ambition with disciplined execution. They will be responsible for building and scaling capabilities, tools and processes that accelerate the SS&A organization as a commercial decision making engine, partnering with "pilot" markets to ensure new frameworks, processes and tools meet success criteria and are scalable. The role requires exceptional analytical acumen, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate insight into action across a diverse and fast-paced region.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Promotional Strategy Effectiveness and Governance
  • Partner with FP&A to develop and deploy the analytical framework needed to financially validate our category commercial strategy, including financial assessment of the master promotional calendar
  • Develop the ongoing processes to evaluate and optimize promotional ROI, balancing P&L and market share objectives.
  • Partner with FP&A to ensure the promotional evaluation tools they deliver are aligned to this framework, and embedded as an ongoing capability across the region
  • Provide governance to the execution of the master promotional calendar through internal planning systems and approval gates
  • Ensure trade investment strategies reflect category and channel priorities, and trade investment is reflected accurately in the planning process.
  • Implement promotional measurement tools that enable market SS&A teams to easily understand the weight and impact of their promotional plans, as well as the compliance of the forecast to their strategic guidelines

Forecast Accuracy & Commercial Consensus
  • Act as part of the SS&A forecast consensus committee, leading the development and deployment of the "playbook" for integrating this capability within the SS&A function across EMEA. Partner with the UK market as the lead pilot for this new process.
  • Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics to improve forecast accuracy, demand visibility and enabling SS&A teams to pressure test market level forecasts and identify the most impactful interventions required as part of the monthly planning cycle.
  • Maximize return on trade investments by driving efficiency, productivity, and accountability in spend allocation. Identify sources of trade investment efficiency as fuel for ongoing gross margin high impact efforts.
  • Partner closely with FP&A to establish investment thresholds and ROI benchmarks.

Strategic Revenue Growth Management and Planning
  • Orchestrate EMEA-wide revenue growth initiatives through pricing strategy, elasticity modeling, and price architecture optimization.
  • Partner with regional and local SS&A teams to orchestrate strategic pricing programs to capture incremental Net Sales and Gross Margin whilst protecting brand equity.
  • Build and embed advanced analytical capabilities to enable local SS&A and Category Marketing to ensure we are set up to win in the context of local market dynamics; enabling teams to elevate their approach to defining strategic assortment, understand price elasticities, and simulate promotional plans capturing P&L and market share impact,
  • Provide actionable insights to improve revenue mix, product productivity, and category share.

Accelerate SharkNinja Revenue Growth Management Capability
  • Partner across global COE and pilot markets to establish a clear vision and roadmap for Revenue Growth Management capability in SharkNinja. Identify industry learnings and insight that can help inform this vision whilst remaining organically SharkNinja by design
  • Engage and influence key commercial stakeholders to secure the required resources to fuel execution of this vision
  • Collaborate across markets to codify learnings and "best practice" to accelerate regional and global performance through rapid adoption
  • Develop the "playbooks" required to disseminate the capabilities, tools and processes required to execute RGM at scale

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS)
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 year's experience across commercial strategy, sales or general management with a focus on P&L ownership, pricing, and promotional strategy; at least 8 years in a leadership role.
  • Strategic & Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage a P&L and make data-driven decisions that positively impact profitability and market share.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems
  • Commercial & Operational Expertise: Experience in assortment management, NPD, and pricing strategies, with a track record of driving growth in competitive markets.
  • Growth mindset - ability to build programme reach and functionality with low oversight
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, virtual teams, manage high-stakes projects, and develop high-performing talent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around category goals
  • Comfortable proactively setting the agenda and collaborating with and aligning multiple stakeholders while operating in a complex matrix organisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with workflow or case management systems a plus
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
