About the Role

As a Product Development Team Coordinator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, you'll play a vital role in enabling our Product Development (PD) organisation to move at speed. You'll be the connective force across teams, ensuring our people, processes, and product experiences run seamlessly. What You'll Do
  • Provide coordination and logistical support to PD leadership and colleagues across EMEA and the US, including meeting scheduling, travel, and hospitality.
  • Plan and run PD team events, hack weeks, innovation sprints, and offsites, ensuring brilliant execution and memorable experiences.
  • Manage and track product inventory for demonstrations, internal showcases, customer interactions, and tradeshows.
  • Support product validation and testing activities, maintaining a GDPR-compliant tester database.
  • Partner with vendors and third-party contractors, overseeing procurement processes and ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
What You'll Bring
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating events, managing external partners, and navigating procurement systems (Coupa experience is a plus).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and detail-driven approach - with a positive attitude and a focus on solutions.
