We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Pension Administration team. This is a key strategic role combining business growth responsibilities with exceptional client relationship development and management. You’ll play a central part in identifying market opportunities, deepening client partnerships, and contributing to the continued expansion of our portfolio. This is a permanent role that can be based in our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices working on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying growth opportunities and nurturing through the business development lifecycle
Lead on new business pitches, taking accountability for growing our client portfolio
Up/Cross selling of services into other business areas / service lines
- Managing significant client budgets and fee proposals
- Identify market growth opportunities and potential risks, formulating strategies to address them effectively
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with the company's objectives and market trends
Leading client relationships with a portfolio of established and new clients
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated understanding of Pension Market needs across all sectors with in-depth knowledge of Pension Administration
Significant client facing experience working at a senior level within an organisation administering pension schemes
Pensions Management Institute qualifications is desirable
Proven commercial awareness and experience of budgetary control
An excellent and effective communicator
Strong technical skills with good all round pensions knowledge
