The RoleCapco is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice with a focus on Insurance. You’ll partner with leading insurers and intermediaries to design, define, and deliver transformation programmes across underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution, and regulatory change.
Working in a consulting environment, you’ll engage closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into tangible outcomes, improve operating models, and enable future-ready insurance ecosystems.
What You’ll DoLead business analysis workstreams across Insurance change programmes from initiation through delivery
Translate insurance domain knowledge into clear business and functional requirements
Support digital transformation, operating model evolution, and data-led innovation initiatives
Facilitate workshops, document business processes, and define target state designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver structured, pragmatic solutions
Strong business analysis experience within Insurance (Life, P&C, or London Market)
Proven ability to bridge business and technology functions in complex environments
Experience delivering regulatory, operational, or technology-led change programmes
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and structured problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools such as Jira
Experience with policy administration or claims transformation initiatives
Knowledge of digital distribution, data analytics, or automation in Insurance
Exposure to IFRS 17, Consumer Duty, or similar regulatory-driven programmes
Familiarity with cloud-based or platform-enabled insurance ecosystems
Confidence facilitating client workshops and presenting structured recommendations
Deliver high-impact business and technology solutions for Tier 1 insurers
