We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and coordinate our end-to-end proposal and tender processes for government and enterprise-sector clients. The successful candidate will manage high-value bids across our software and ICT solutions portfolio—ensuring submissions are compliant, competitive, and compelling.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle: opportunity assessment, qualification, planning, content development, submission, and post-bid review.
- Coordinate input from technical, sales, legal, finance, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
- Analyze RFPs / RFQs / ITTs to ensure full understanding of requirements, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
- Create bid plans, timelines, and review schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s value proposition.
- Maintain a repository of reusable bid content and templates for future proposals.
- Lead bid reviews and ensure adherence to internal governance processes.
- Support negotiation and handover to project delivery upon award.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing bids or proposals in the software / ICT industry, preferably with public-sector or government clients.
- Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, compliance, and tender regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management tools.
