Core Responsibilities
- Co-shaping and driving the digital strategy locally in collaboration with a diverse set of regional and BU partners across an ecosystem of owned, earned and paid channels
- Planning and coordinating the budget for the digital media channels, including social media and influencers
- Leading integrated communication campaigns: PR activities, social media and other types of activations/collaborations with 3rd party
- Being the subject matter expert for local digital marketing activations supporting across the teams, develop local execution plans using globally / regionally developed campaigns
- Delivering content distribution for our owned digital platforms, while looking for the relevant opportunities with partners’ platforms
- Tracking and boosting the relevant measurement & performance analysis against regional KPIs and benchmarks
- Participation in organizing events, and managing the communication in the digital platforms (SoMe, Influencers etc.)
- Coordinating agency relations (media, PR, social media, creative agencies, etc.)

In your new role you will be a part of dynamic and high-performing marketing organization, responsible for brand development, driving demand and growing active consumer base across brand, trade and digital marketing, planning and performance functions.
This role is a key and instrumental in driving digital agenda, constantly upskilling the broader organization. Also this position will play an important part in helping the marketing team lean in to a regional way of working while hands-on assisting the business unit in driving business-critical digital marketing plans.
Do you have what it takes:
- Digital marketing experience from agency or premium consumer brand + experience working in non-traditional marketing inclusive of influencer, experiential, social commerce, content marketing, digital integration, PR etc.
- High level understanding of global technical platforms in digital world from content distribution and advertising perspective
- Deep understanding of Social Media channels and their measurement and ability to connect digital measurements with overall marketing and business objectives
- Track record of designing and rolling-out innovative projects in Social Media, Digital Marketing and potentially PR
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Native Greek and fluent English
