Here's how you'll make a difference:
Design, develop, and manage a highly available, scalable, and AI-enabled cloud infrastructure to support our SaaS product ensuring best practices in security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Drive the delivery of next-generation cloud services, incorporating AI-first architectures, serverless computing, containerisation, and orchestration technologies.
Partner closely with development teams to architect and continuously evolve AI-accelerated CI/CD pipelines, leveraging automation, intelligent testing, and rapid deployment strategies.
Champion an AI-first engineering culture, where tools like Claude are embedded into daily workflows for coding, reviewing, debugging, and documentation. (We code with Claude.)
Mentor team members and act as a technical leader, guiding the adoption of AI-assisted development practices while fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Proactively research, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI and cloud technologies, driving continuous innovation across infrastructure, developer experience, and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and business to identify opportunities where AI can enhance product capabilities, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
What makes you a great fit:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with ownership of large-scale, production-grade cloud environments.
Strong background in cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS), including designing scalable, resilient, and AI-ready architectures.
Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Extensive experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., using Claude or similar tools for coding, debugging, and system design).
Solid understanding of how AI can be applied to DevOps, observability, automation, and developer productivity.
Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently, influence technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, with a track record of influencing stakeholders across engineering and business teams.
