In brief, you are responsible for:
- Project management & Portfolio value: Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end. Projects include new product launches, CAPEX investments, cost savings initiatives and supply chain changes. By delivering projects, you contribute heavily to the "Portfolio value" KPI and Kraft Heinz NSV and EBIT overall. The financial scope of the role is $650M in NSV and $330M in CMA.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key collaborators, including cross functional peers, BUs, and senior leadership (Managing & Category Directors), to gather input, secure buy-in, and drive alignment on project priorities and objectives. In some cases, working closely with external manufacturers to deliver new projects and suppliers, when new raw materials are needed for a project.
- Supply Chain Representation: Be the voice of Supply Chain in Local Jewels related topics and ensure all your projects are feasible from an efficient supply chain execution perspective.
- Expert Engagement: Find opportunities to bring in other SC experts, such as those specializing in demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering, to provide additional support and expertise as needed.
- (SC) Collaboration: Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support for implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Fostering continuous learning: Support in training the organization in project management by sharing knowledge with (junior) team members and colleagues outside the function. This includes mentoring, training, creating resources, and promoting standard processes to enhance project management skills across the organization.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- 3/4 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain
- Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage collaborators at all levels of the organization.
- Good business acumen
- English
- Expert in Microsof Applications MS Project, Excel and Powerpoint
