Job Description
The Digital Procurement team's mission is to redefine procurement through the power of digital technology and data to drive efficiency, visibility, and strategic value for our organization and partners. This role is a key enabler of digital products for our cross-functional partners and leaders. Collaboration with leaders across KHC within procurement and within the organization to deliver technical solutions that address the hard challenges, difficulties and analytical gaps. The ability to work effectively in an agile mentality with emphasis on clear ability to translate business requirements into use cases and deliver technical requirements to allow delivery against the goals. Role will capture articulating business requirements and high-level designs but staying thoughtful to our Agile execution philosophy. In this role you will work collaboratively with teams helping them to prioritize their workload, report team progress to our business partners. This role involves identifying automation opportunities, leading implementation projects, and ensuring successful integration of new systems. The lead collaborates with various teams, including IT, business units, and potentially vendors, to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and achieve business objectives through technology.

Lead Implementation Projects:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle of software and automation implementations, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.

Develop Automation Strategies:
  • Create and implement automation strategies aligned with business goals, considering factors like scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Analyze current business processes to pinpoint areas where automation can improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance accuracy.

Collaborate with Partners:
  • Work closely with various teams, including IT, business units, and potentially vendors, to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment.

Ensure Successful Integration:
  • Oversee the integration of new software and automation solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.

Optimize Software Budget:
  • Manage software licenses, contracts, and payment plans to optimize the software budget.

Consult on New Software Selection:
  • Provide expert guidance on the selection of new software and negotiate with vendors.

Drive User Adoption:
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies and processes by providing training, support, and communication.

Stay Up-to-Date:
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in automation technologies and best practices.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ Product Ownership and / or Business Analysis, including writing requirements, and Product Analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Proven history of Project Management
  • Solid understanding of workflow process mapping
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in managing product life cycles from inception of problem to hypercare of technical solution (ie. development of an software application, development of tool using analytical software).
  • Ability develop & communicate business value related to product features and functions
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Outstanding communication, partnership, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Team oriented, motivated leader; Excitement around creating a culture in which people want to contribute/do their best
  • Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and conflicting needs of team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical experience in Visio and Jira preferred
