To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Salesforce/Onboarding team and bridge business needs with Salesforce capabilities, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value by enhancing processes, improving customer experiences, and enabling data-driven decisions across Bionic.

The Role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll be joining a fast-growing, vibrant business within the Salesforce/Onboarding team.  You will be working closely with the Salesforce team as well as the Sales team to enhance the Salesforce platform and the customer experience.

You will thrive on data and business analysis, providing key business insights based on analysing multiple data sources.

You will take initiative to identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating and will be able to think through problems and make actionable recommendations. You will work with colleagues across Engineering, Product, PMO and Business Intelligence and support end users in teams such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.

About the Team

The Salesforce Team are pivotal to the Bionic organisation and provide business critical services to support a number of teams within Bionic. The team contains Developers, Administrators, QA and Product resources to ensure successful delivery of projects, small improvements and continuous technical essentials to the platform. 

Location: London hybrid (3 days in office per week – with expected presence in Luton office once per month)


About You

As the Salesforce Business Analyst your key responsibilities will be:


  • Work closely with the Sales floor across Inbound, Outbound, Renewals and Customer Service Team. 
  • Capture Salesforce business requirements in User Stories. 
  • Build a deep understanding of how users use the system to find improvement opportunities through regular call listening with our Sales Agents. 
  • Translate improvement opportunities into business requirements for the team, as well as help the team to understand how their users behave. 
  • Own the business requirements of new customer features, system enhancements and bug fixes to ensure they are translated to the Salesforce team in order to build a solution that is fit for purpose and deliver the optimal customer experience.   
  • Run UAT and training sessions with the Sales floor. 
  • Support the team with testing user stories before going live and prepare material. 
  • Work with key business stakeholder to ensure requirements are aligned to business value and priorities. 
  • Maintain the associated documentation for projects and small improvements including Functional Specification documents, User Acceptance stories and process mapping. 
  • Attend meetings with the team and stakeholders, facilitate workshops with key stakeholders, understanding needs and ensuring outputs are captured correctly and shared with the Product Manager for prioritisation. 
  • Proactively develop own knowledge of system capabilities (e.g. new release features) and propose areas for development to promote the business's principles and foster a collaborative approach to solution delivery and engagement.
