We believe in clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement, and we use technology thoughtfully to support our teams and customers. Salesforce plays a critical role in enabling our commercial, operational, and customer‑facing teams to work efficiently and with confidence.

The Role
The Salesforce Functional Administrator is responsible for the day‑to‑day functional management of Salesforce, ensuring the platform effectively supports business processes and user needs. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate requirements into scalable, user‑friendly Salesforce solutions.
This is a hands‑on role focused on configuration, optimisation, and user enablement rather than heavy development.
Key Accountabilities
  • Act as the primary functional owner of Salesforce, ensuring it aligns with business processes and objectives
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and enhancements
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and data quality standards
  • Support release management, including testing, documentation, and user communication
  • Provide ongoing user support, training, and guidance to drive adoption and effective use
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, or developers where custom solutions or integrations are required
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong functional focus
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, particularly within sales, service, or revenue operations
  • Experience translating stakeholder needs into practical Salesforce solutions
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with non‑technical users
  • A structured, detail‑oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not essential)
What Success Looks Like
  • Salesforce is intuitive, reliable, and well‑adopted across the organisation
  • Users feel supported and confident using the platform
  • Business requirements are delivered clearly, efficiently, and with minimal rework
  • Data quality and reporting accuracy continuously improve
  • Salesforce evolves in line with business growth and changing needs
Why Join EOS
  • Opportunity to shape and influence how Salesforce supports the wider business
  • Collaborative, people‑first culture with a strong focus on ownership and accountability
  • Exposure to diverse stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Commitment to learning, development, and doing meaningful work

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
