Role overview

Netwrix is growing its footprint across Northern Europe, and we need a sales leader who can turn that ambition into pipeline, partnerships, and revenue. As Sales Director, Northern Europe, you'll own the region's go-to-market execution — building a strong direct and channel motion, developing enterprise relationships, and giving our sales, product, and marketing teams the on-the-ground insight they need to win.

We are looking for a hard-working, hands-on manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The objective is to rebuild the region and restore it to the position it deserves within EMEA, while delivering growth in line with the overall EMEA business: namely, sustained double-digit growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales leadership & strategy

  • Develop and execute the Northern Europe sales strategy (UK + Nordics), aligned with global revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of account executives, and in matrix , CAM and pre-sales engineers.

  • Expand Netwrix's customer base across Northern Europe through strategic planning and effective pipeline management.

Business development & customer engagement

  • Drive new business development in enterprise and public-sector accounts across Northern Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Represent Netwrix as a senior spokesperson at regional events, conferences, and industry engagements.

Channel & partner ecosystem

  • Expand and optimize the partner network, including distributors, VARs, and system integrators.
  • Partner with the Channel Director to define and implement effective partner programs.
  • Ensure partners are well-equipped to deliver value-added Netwrix solutions to end customers.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, support, and customer success teams to align on regional goals.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to help shape product roadmap and strategic direction.

  • Cybersecurity industry experience.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and strategy execution.
  • Your creativity, your ability to unite and inspire a team, and your capacity to articulate and execute a compelling vision.
  • Your exceptional operational excellence and willingness to stay constantly engaged in the field alongside your teams.
  • our extensive knowledge of both Enterprise and SMB sales, with a proven ability to navigate and close opportunities across the full spectrum of the market.
  • Experience closing complex B2B deals in banking or fintech.
  • Go-to-market expertise, including market entry and partnership development.
  • An established regional network across Northern Europe.
  • Fluent English; Dutch or another Nordic language is a plus
  • Strong leadership of high-performing sales teams.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership.

  • University degree.
  • Experience selling data security, identity, or access management solutions.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
