Job SummaryWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative to support B2B sales across the UK and European markets. This is a dynamic role combining lead generation, client engagement, and account management support, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of SDR or sales experience.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and sales engagement platforms
- Generate and qualify leads within the UK and EU markets
- Book meetings and support pipeline development
- Deliver high-quality client engagement and follow-up communication
- Manage and update CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools (Salesloft)
- Support account management and nurture existing client relationships
- Consistently meet KPIs related to activity, pipeline generation, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover to closers/account managers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Development, SDR, or B2B sales roles
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar sales tools
- Proven ability to multitask, manage pipelines, and stay organized
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client management
- Ability to work in UK/European time zones
