The Role

we are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative - Partnerships (m/f/d) to support the early build-up of our SMB Partner channel. In this role, you will identify and engage new partners, build relationships with key multipliers (such as tax advisors and HR consultancies), and help generate a strong pipeline for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive outreach to new partners and multipliers in the SMB segment (e.g. HR consultancies, tax advisors, payroll providers)
  • Identify and qualify high-potential partner leads through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Support the onboarding and enablement of new partners in collaboration with the Partner Business team
  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Managers to generate pipeline and support joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide structured feedback on partner potential and performance

Key Requirements 

  • Ideally first experience in Sales in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • High drive, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
  • Structured and reliable way of working with attention to detail
  • Business-fluent in German and English
  • A completed degree or education (Bachelor or Apprenticeship in relevant area)
