The Role
we are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative - Partnerships (m/f/d) to support the early build-up of our SMB Partner channel. In this role, you will identify and engage new partners, build relationships with key multipliers (such as tax advisors and HR consultancies), and help generate a strong pipeline for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive outreach to new partners and multipliers in the SMB segment (e.g. HR consultancies, tax advisors, payroll providers)
- Identify and qualify high-potential partner leads through proactive prospecting and networking
- Support the onboarding and enablement of new partners in collaboration with the Partner Business team
- Collaborate closely with the Partner Managers to generate pipeline and support joint go-to-market initiatives
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide structured feedback on partner potential and performance
Key Requirements
- Ideally first experience in Sales in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- High drive, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
- Structured and reliable way of working with attention to detail
- Business-fluent in German and English
- A completed degree or education (Bachelor or Apprenticeship in relevant area)
