As an Account Manager, Demand, you will be part of our Milan-based Demand team, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will help drive strategic relationships with our key Demand partners in Italy, Spain, and MENA through a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the Magnite platforms and solutions we offer in the regions.
By selling premium programmatic deals (Curated Marketplaces and Auction Packages) for inventory packages across display, video, audio, CTV/Streaming, and native, the Account Manager, Demand will be laying the groundwork for future demand development across media agencies.

In this role, you will:  

  • Build, manage, and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem including agencies, brands, DSP,  and other 3rd party organisations in Italy, Spain, and MENA

  • Help build out the business by creating campaign briefs, providing relevant insights and solutions to meet the agency’s / clients needs whilst delivering exceptional customer service

  • Evangelise, educate, and train our client base on Magnite product solutions & inventory launches

  • Work internally with the Magnite publisher, media planning, client services and product account teams to grow Revenue, launching & troubleshooting campaigns

  • Bring new ideas/opportunities to guide the company's business strategy and growth 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience working in digital media, with hands-on experience and deep understanding of programmatic and media sales

  • An understanding of programmatic from a buying solution including industry knowledge; future market developments - experience in the video / data / CTV is a plus

  • A sales orientated, focused on identifying new business/revenue opportunities. Experience in growing revenue across new and existing clients

  • Motivation in achieving business goals and overcoming challenges. Sense of ownership to drive and achieve excellent results via both individual actions and within a team 

  • Good data and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in using excel, powerpoint and with data analysis

  • A customer oriented with an attitude on building long lasting relationships

  • An excellent oral and written communication skills both in Italian and English. Spanish language is a plus.
