JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our Recruitment Hub team. The ideal candidate will support Talent Partners and Recruitment Specialists in various administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment processes. This role involves handling candidate information, generating recruitment metrics, and maintaining strong partner relationships. 

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

  • Requisition Assignment and Support: Assist Talent Partners and Recruitment Specialists with the administration of Talent Acquisition Systems, job postings, and pre-employment activities. 

  • Candidate Information and Interviews: Manage candidate information storage, document generation, interview scheduling, and follow-up until the interview scheduling tool goes live. 

  • Metrics and Assessment Administration: Generate monthly recruitment metrics/SLAs and assist with assessment administration. 

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with Recruitment Specialists and Talent Partners, ensuring seamless process administration. 

  • Content Creation: Create articles and content for UNA and HiredScore Collaborator tools. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in problem-solving, propose process improvements, and assist in coordinating recruitment efforts to enhance overall efficiency. 

 

Experiences & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Fluent in English and Spanish  

  • Proven experience in recruitment operations or a similar coordinator role. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to stay three steps ahead and anticipate the needs of the team. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Workday as well as overseeing dashboard data for multiple countries.  

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Experience working in a global team environment is preferred.
