Our Key Responsibilities

Creating and executing a recruitment strategy for the Poland location aligned with the business strategy

Leading a team of recruiters, ensuring their development and team performance

Building and strengthening relationships with business stakeholders through ongoing resource planning

Leading end-to-end recruitment projects with support from the team

Keeping up to date with the current recruitment market within specific sectors

Actively seeking out fresh and original sourcing strategies
-
Identifying improvements in the recruitment/sourcing process
-
Reporting on team results and key KPIs
-
Creating, implementing, and monitoring the recruitment budget – collaborating with external institutions and companies to achieve the set goals (including recruitment agencies, etc.)

Creating a high-energy, motivational, and professional work environment
To qualify for the role, you must have
-
6+ years of experience in the recruitment field gained in an international environment
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team
-
Excellent spoken and written English

Experience in recruitment reporting
-
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ideally, you’ll also have

Positive, can-do attitude

Experience using Workday
