Our Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing a recruitment strategy for the Poland location aligned with the business strategy

  • Leading a team of recruiters, ensuring their development and team performance

  • Building and strengthening relationships with business stakeholders through ongoing resource planning

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment projects with support from the team

  • Keeping up to date with the current recruitment market within specific sectors

  • Actively seeking out fresh and original sourcing strategies

  • Identifying improvements in the recruitment/sourcing process

  • Reporting on team results and key KPIs

  • Creating, implementing, and monitoring the recruitment budget – collaborating with external institutions and companies to achieve the set goals (including recruitment agencies, etc.)

  • Creating a high-energy, motivational, and professional work environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 6+ years of experience in the recruitment field gained in an international environment

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Experience in recruitment reporting

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • Experience using Workday

  • Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
