Job Description

With a broad reach across all our programmes the empowerment to develop them further to meet the Visa's strategic needs, this role will play a key part in hiring and developing high impact early-in-career' cohorts for our organisation.
As an Early Careers Recruiting Manager you'll be a key member of an established team of 10 in Poland, Germany and the UK. However, you will have specific ownership of our new Apprenticeship Programme in Poland. This programme aims to develop future software talent with both a training bootcamp delivered by an external training provider and work experience at Visa. You’ll be responsible for recruiting all programme participants, managing the relationship with the training provider and helping support them for the duration of their work experience at Visa.
There is a specific focus on:
- Manage the technology apprenticeship programme in Warsaw
- Develop overall program and project scope, timing, risks, and progress
- Cross-collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, Global Early Careers TA team, People Team, business leaders, and recruitment vendors
- Provide training and hands on guidance to business leaders on how to manage and develop junior talent, as well as supporting hands on with feedback conversations
- Influencing internal stakeholders on best practice in recruiting early in career talent effectively, as well as delivery of recruitment for all Apprentice programmes in Poland
- Contributing to the delivery of learning and development activity for all Early Career talent in Poland
- Develop and deliver marketing activities to improve our Employer Brand in the Polish Technology market, and bring to life the opportunity our Apprenticeship programme offers
- Managing the relationship with our external training provider to ensure successful outcomes for both the learners and Visa, and that all service levels are met.
- Build, analyze, maintain, and distribute Talent Acquisition data analytics to stakeholders regarding performance indicators/trends to impact TA results and strategic objectives
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

- Experience of managing a Graduate or Early in career programme
- A great communicator able to build rapport with early in career candidates and influence stakeholders, and handle challenging conversations with individuals at all levels of the business
- A keenness to use data in driving decision making and assessing success
- You'll personally thrive in a fast-paced environment where juggling priorities is your norm
- Knowledgeable on the Polish Early Career / University market
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational communication skills in both Polish and English, and experience handling confidential information
