We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex AV projects with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:- Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
- Ensure timely procurement and deployment of necessary equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring teams have the tools and information needed for success.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and address inquiries proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the installation and integration of AV systems, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues.
- Identify potential risks early and implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing AV or technical projects, delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and installation processes (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
