The Opportunity:

We are looking for two enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager/Business Analysts to join Project Services which is part of the Information Services Group (ISG). We are an established specialist team of dynamic and friendly project and programme delivery professionals supporting IT and business change at the University. 


Working as part of our team, you will get involved with a wide variety of projects, utilising your excellent project management and business analysis skills to deliver successful outcomes for the University. Projects could include improving business efficiency, enhancing student experience, maintaining IT compliance and enabling digital transformation.


The post is open-ended, and has a hybrid working pattern, involving working on campus one to two days a week and when necessary for in-person meetings and activities.  Working hours are ideally 35 hours per week, but we will consider flexible working requests.

The Applications Directorate develops, implements and supports IT to meet the complex and demanding needs of the University’s staff and students. The directorate works with a wide range of colleagues in research, teaching and support groups to turn their requirements into effective solutions and this includes work such as developing web applications and integrated workflows for complex business processes. It is also involved in the procurement and implementation of package solutions.
