Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the project management team by organizing tasks, managing Jira tickets, and ensuring that the IT shipboard application deployment projects stay on track. This position will be full-time and remote

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the management and prioritization of Jira tickets to ensure efficient issue resolution

  • Support product deployment teams by tracking project progress and maintaining schedules

  • Coordinate meetings and communications between team members and stakeholders

  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes

  • Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies

  • Ensure adherence to established project management processes and methodologies

  • Facilitate collaboration and effective communication across teams

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in IT projects.

  • Extensive experience working with Jira

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
