Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deployment Project Coordinator to join our team supporting one of our global clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and managing deployment projects while ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among stakeholders. This position requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as experience with project management tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Documentation:

  • Set up and maintain organizational folders and ensure proper storage of all project-related documentation, including photos, technical documents, and training materials.
  • Manage and organize project data using tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and planning software such as ServiceNow or Odoo.
  • Regularly update and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Technical Training & Support:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for deployment technicians, ensuring they are well-prepared for site activities.
  • Provide ongoing support to technicians and ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources and tools.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and challenges through detailed reports and meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site access approvals and time management updates.

Time & Site Access Management:

  • Oversee site access processes, including scheduling and ensuring compliance with access requirements.
  • Monitor and update project timelines, addressing any potential delays promptly.

Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during deployment and escalate critical concerns as needed.

Invoice Management & Budget Oversight:

  • Track and manage invoicing for deployments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to maintain budgetary control and transparency.

Planning & Ticket Management:

  • Plan and schedule project tasks, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion.
  • Manage Jira tickets to track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within deployment or IT-related projects.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and planning software like ServiceNow or Odoo.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, technicians, and other team members.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working within the Google ecosystem or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with site access management and compliance processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

This role is based fully on site at EOS HQ in Banbridge
