Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task tracking across multiple AV deployments.

  • Organise and support regular stakeholder meetings; document meeting minutes and actions.

  • Ensure project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project) are up to date and reflect accurate project status.

  • Monitor progress, flag delays, and proactively escalate risks or blockers.

  • Assist with procurement tasks, including raising POs, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers.

  • Support documentation and reporting requirements – including SOPs, reports, and invoicing accuracy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Maintain a high standard of organisation and file management within shared platforms.

Skills and Experience Required
  • 3+ years’ experience in a project coordination role, preferably within AV project delivery.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and comfortable engaging with internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Understanding of AV systems and terminology is desirable but not essential.

  • PMI/CAPM certification or equivalent project coordination training is a plus.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
