The PCIII is responsible for supporting the successful initiation and administration of client projects within Emergo. Working behind the scenes, this role ensures projects are accurately established in internal systems, client-facing project folders are created and maintained, client access is provisioned, and regulatory and project documentation is organized and tracked. The PCIII serves as a critical link between Sales and Project Managers by ensuring projects are fully set up, compliant with internal processes, and ready for execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and configure new projects in PSA.
- Review project documentation and agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy before project activation.
- Establish project milestones and tasks according to service requirements.
- Complete project setup checklists and verify all required project information is documented.
- Coordinate project assignment and handoff to the appropriate Project Manager.
- Create and maintain client project folders and Final Deliverables folders within EmergoNet/SharePoint.
- Configure and manage Client Viewable Data (CVD) sites.
- Provide clients with access to project folders and collaborate with internal teams to resolve access issues.
- Ensure project folders follow established naming conventions and organizational standards.
- Monitor requests related to folder creation and client access to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure documents are uploaded, categorized, and maintained in accordance with internal quality and compliance requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Sound problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and seek guidance when appropriate.
- Ability to learn and effectively use project management and business systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related business software.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, customer service, operations, administrative support, or a related field.
- Experience working with international teams or global business operations.
