Programme Co-ordinator
£44,839 with incremental increases

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Play a key role in supporting, planning, execution and delivery of programmes across the organisation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To support the Programme management team and co-ordinate day to day issues, both internally and externally with emphasis on developing good customer and functional relationships. A detailed planning culture and high levels of professional conduct are prerequisites.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that sufficient detail is provided on the application form to demonstrate how the applicant meets essential job criteria, as this alone will be used for vetting purposes.
Candidates must:
• Hold a HNC in Engineering or a Business related subject is required AND have 3 years' relevant project management experience in an Engineering, Methods, Customer Services, Supply Chain, IT, Programme or Project Management environment. It is important that you can clearly demonstrate on your application form your 3-year relevant project management experience showing clear timelines.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the various programme phases from inception to delivery.
• Applicants must have a good working knowledge of systems processes and procedures and must be able to identify and co-ordinate resolution to problems/issues.
• Applicants must be highly motivated and possess good communication and planning skills.
The jobholder may be required to travel according to business needs.
