Job Responsibilities:
- Leitung und Lenkung des zugeordneten Projektes
- Vor Ort Vertretung beim jeweiligen OEM
- Planung, Leitung und Kontrolle aller Aktivitäten des Product Delivery Process (PDP)
- Planung und Überwachung von Ressourcen sowie Planung und Einhaltung von Budgets, Terminen und Qualitätszielen
- Durchführung aller Programm-, Phasen- und Gate-Reviews
- Durchführung von Programmprüfungen sowie von Anpassungen zur Erfüllung der Programmanforderungen
- Steuerung von Aktionen zur Verhinderung von Abweichungen in Bezug auf Produkt, Prozess und System
- Entwicklung, Empfehlung und Umsetzung von Problemlösungen
- Verifizierung von Lösungen (Herstellbarkeitsbewertung, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, APQP)
- Unterstützung des Vertriebes bei der Akquisition neuer Projekte
- Erzeugung von Synergien zwischen Projekten
- Aufbau, Führung, Motivation, Kontrolle und Coaching des Programmteams
