Join the forefront of innovation at JP Morgan's Digital & Platform Services Global Equities Operations Transformation team. We are dedicated to delivering Strategic End State Programs that drive scale, mitigate risk, and enhance the client experience. In addition to these strategic initiatives, we manage industry-mandatory projects and client and business discretionary undertakings, ensuring comprehensive support for all operational needs.
As a Program Manager - Global Equities Operations Transformation - Executive Director in Global Equities Operations Transformation team, you will advance your career by leveraging your expertise within JP Morgan, connecting with diverse stakeholders. You will lead initiatives across Global Equities, influencing strategic direction and success. Collaborate with industry leaders in a culture of continuous improvement, making a real impact. Engage with senior management and regulators to shape the future of Global Equities Operations, driving meaningful change.
Job responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic and tactical efforts, providing analytical, reporting, communications, and change management support for Equities Operations.
  • Partner with Business, Tech, and Ops leads to create a coordinated strategy and investment plan, supporting the business and achieving stated goals.
  • Leverage the latest digital tools and technologies, including Jira, Confluence, Alteryx, Python, and Tableau, to enhance transformation processes and develop scalable, leading-edge solutions.
  • Design and document organizational and operational processes to support program execution.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive project/program management experience.
  • Strong product knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management.
  • Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.

  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
