We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strong performance marketing focus to drive go-to-market success, scale demand generation, and position our products effectively across global markets.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll own end-to-end marketing campaigns — from defining product positioning to executing high-performance paid advertising strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and design teams to ensure campaigns align with our product roadmap, sales goals, and brand identity. Success in this role means recognizing and adapting to regional customer needs, supporting partner marketing, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Define product positioning & messaging
- Clearly articulate what the product is, why it’s valuable, and how it differs from competitors.
- Tailor narratives for different target audiences (e.g., businesses, schools, consumers).
- Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy
- Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, design, and content teams to plan launches.
- Ensure campaigns, and sales materials align with product roadmaps.
- Understand customers & markets
- Research customer needs, buying behavior, and pain points.
- Collect and analyze customer insights, competitor intelligence, and campaign data to refine product strategy, marketing messaging, and funnel performance.
- Track competitors and market trends to inform positioning and strategy.
- Create and run marketing campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize demand-generation campaigns across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Gartner), content, email, and events.
- Develop B2B lead generation campaigns supporting corporate, higher education, and school sales funnels.
- Create and test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages in collaboration with design, web, and content teams.
- Enable the sales team
- Provide salespeople with presentations, case studies, battle cards, and training.
- Support sales enablement during product launches and ensure consistent messaging.
- Measure success & optimize
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Excel and analytics tools to track ROI, CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution.
- Implement ads automation workflows, conduct A/B testing, and run data-driven experiments to improve targeting, ad creatives, and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize budgets for maximum efficiency and measurable business impact.
- Support partnerships & regional marketing
- Localize websites, collateral, and marketing materials for specific geographies, ensuring cultural and regional relevance.
- Support partner marketing initiatives and contribute to both regional and global campaigns that drive adoption and awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 5–7+ years of experience in combined product marketing and performance/paid marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
- Proven expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Gartner, and other demand generation platforms.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfortable with attribution modeling, ROI analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha, or similar).
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or similar to connect tools and streamline marketing operations.
- Ability to apply AI-powered marketing agents and LLMs for tasks like content generation, personalization, and predictive insights.
- Skilled at assessing and deploying new MarTech/AI solutions that enhance marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative ability to craft compelling product narratives, ad copy, and engaging visuals.
- Collaborative, with a track record of working cross-functionally across product, sales, and design teams.
