What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in core product marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing go-to-market plans, and driving product adoption and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
  • Ability to conduct and apply market research, analyze trends, and develop customer-centric positioning and messaging.
  • Experience leading full-funnel marketing strategies — from awareness to retention and advocacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; C2-level fluency required (LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certification is a plus).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align teams toward common goals.
  • Experience working with global teams and partner networks is highly desirable.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong storytelling, visual thinking, and commercial acumen.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
