We are looking for a Product Manager who is strategic, tech-savvy, and highly collaborative to join our team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited to drive product strategy, lead cross-functional development efforts, and continuously optimize products to meet the needs of our B2B partners in the gaming industry.
Strong product leadership, technical understanding, and UX sensibility are essential, along with experience in Agile development, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. The ability to translate market insights into scalable solutions, align teams around a shared vision, and adapt quickly to change will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy & Market Insights
- Identify and analyze the needs of game developers, publishers, and gaming platforms.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to shape product strategies.
- Develop and maintain a product development roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Prioritize and manage tasks within the product backlog, ensuring a data-driven, experiment-based approach.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models) for efficient development cycles.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of product features.
- Continuously optimize user experience (UX) through data-driven enhancements and user feedback.
- Clearly communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Drive alignment between cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
- Identify and mitigate product development risks, ensuring smooth execution.
- Conduct interviews with target users to validate assumptions and gather insights.
- Improve product performance metrics, focusing on adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Utilize product marketing expertise to enhance market positioning and adoption.

REQUIREMENT
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role.
- Experience in the video game industry is required, working with or alongside developers, publishers, or platforms.
- Technical expertise with a strong understanding of UX principles.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills, ensuring smooth execution.
- Experience working with Xsolla’s platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and team management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Proficiency in product marketing and a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Upper-intermediate level of English or higher for effective communication.
- Understanding and application of Agile product management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and execution.
